- OT Sessions in the clinic: $130
Appointments Outside the clinic, in Saint John (ex daycare, home): $140
Appointments in Kennebcasis Valley or Grand Bay: $150
Travel outside this area has an additional cost. Please contact to discuss.
- In Person School Visit or Consultation: $150
- Phone consultation, teletherapy, and meetings: billed at $130/hour
- Letter for Accommodations for Schools: $150/each
- Reports for legal services or detailing assessments: Approximately 200, may increase due to complexity
- Professional consultation with other therapists: $100/hour
Letters to pediatricians, therapists, or family doctors are done free of charge as part of our commitment to collaboration.
A small, set number of services are available to families who cannot afford OT. These are offered for up to 3 months at a time. Right now, there is a wait list for these appointments.

Insurance
Services are paid for by clients at the time of service. If you are using insurance, please check to make sure Occupational Therapy is covered. We cannot direct bill.
Payment
We can accept payment in transfers or credit card. A receipt will be emailed to you.
