Fees:
OT Session (50 minutes): $140
OT is available in the home or the community. Assessments are always done in office. Additional fees apply for travel. Email Info@InfinOT.ca.
School or Work Recommendation Letters: $150
Detailed assessment reports: $250
Consultation or coaching with other therapists and clinicians: $100/hour
A small, set number of sessions are available to families who cannot afford OT. These sessions are offered for up to 3 months at a time. Right now, there is wait list for these appointments.
Insurance
Services are paid for by clients at the time of service. If you are using insurance, please check to make sure Occupational Therapy is covered. We cannot direct bill.
Payment
We can accept payment in transfers or credit card. A receipt will be emailed to you.
